Established in 2012, Universal Yoga Center offers mobile yoga classes tailored to your needs, whether you’re an individual or part of a small or large group. Our team, known as Universal Yoga Wellbeing, has been sharing wellness practices in Vietnam since 2012. We provide mobile yoga, pilates, and mindfulness programs to various settings such as schools, businesses, corporate offices, aged care facilities, and private events. Our programs can be delivered in-person or online, and are customized to suit your abilities and health goals. In schools, our engaging sessions promote health and wellbeing among students. For businesses, offering our classes to employees can help create a productive and healthy workplace. We also cater to the needs of elderly individuals with gentle exercise classes. Our Masters
Master Chandra
Universal Yoga Center founded and operated by Dr. Chandra – who has been familiar with yoga since he was 5 years old. He graduated with a master’s degree in Yoga Science taught by Bihar Yoga BharatiMunger at the world’s first yoga university in India. Besides, under the guidance of Master Swami Niranjanananda Sharaswati, he completed the yoga teacher training course and was awarded the certificate of “Yoga Instructor†by “Bihar Yoga Bharti†Rikhiy, India.
He also completed Doctorate in Yoga and Naturopathy from Gorakhpur School of Naturaltheraputics in India. He did his Acupuncture course under the guidance of Dr PradeepShrma’s(non-pharmacological).
Master Amrita
Master Amrita has been inspired by Indian subjects since childhood, selected as a potential candidate for domestic and foreign competitions. At the age of eight, M. Amrita began decorating her award collection with 1st place at the first national competition All India Inter School& Clucb Yoga Championship 2001 India.
The awards are a stepping stone to Amrita’s pursuit of becoming a Yogi. M. Amrita graduated from Sorojini Naidu College For Women, Under Barasat University, 24 Pargans(S.) Certified Yoga Therapy (North Kolkata Yoga Culture & Meditation, Kolkata, India). Certified Yoga Therapy (World Yoga Society Kolkata, India).
More than 5 years of teaching experience at North Kolkata Yoga Culture & Meditation school, Kolkata, India.
More than 10 years of experience in teaching yoga in Asian countries with more than 7 championship awards.
