Yoga classes here encompass all the major branches of yoga, including Hatha, Ashtanga, Power, Karma, Bhakti, Jnana and Raja Yoga. Yoga is often understood as being synonymous with physical exercise, but this is only one aspect. The aim of an integral approach is to develop and balance all aspect of one’s being – body, mind, emotions and psyche – leading the practitioner towards a more harmonious state of being. It explores and draws out knowledge from the ancient yogic and presents this in a practical form to the modern world.

Universal Yoga Center is established in 15th April 2012 by Dr Chandra who had doctor degree in Yoga and Naturopathy from GORAKHPUR SCHOOL OF NATURAL THERAPUTICS India under Dr. Vimal Kumar Modi and completed Sujok Acupuncture & Acupressure (Healing Without Drugs) under Dr. Pradeep Shrmahas. He started teaching Yoga more than 20 years ago with the dream of seeing everyone healthy in holistic manner. As he believes health is sum of physical, mental, emotional, socio- economical and spiritual well-being.
