Flying Yoga
Introduction
Flying yoga is a type of yoga which uses a hammock or yoga swing to allow students to perform postures that they may not ordinarily be able to attempt on the yoga mat. It is often also referred to as Aerial Yoga.

Flying yoga is thought to be particularly beneficial for students who spend a long time sitting, or who have back pain, because it has a decompressing effect on the body. It also can help you increase strength and flexibility. Even if you’ve never taken a yoga class in your life, you’ll be amazed at how much you can do.
How to join?
At Universal Yoga, Flying Yoga is designed as private class which last 45 minutes per session. It’s easy to join this class by getting package of 10, 25 or 50 sessions and book the schedule base on your freetime one day before.
