Patanjali yoga

Patanjali yoga is known as Ashtanga yoga or Raja yoga (Royal Yoga). Which is a collection of trong postures, focusing on the union of breath and fast movement, blood flowing and purifying, releasing stress, energy enrichment. In Sanskrit, Ashtanga yoga means 8 steps or 8 limbs of yoga. Asht means 8, Anga means body or part of human body. This is one of the ancient and popular yoga styles in India, includes all aspects of yoga.
